Our guests are informal travelers both Italian and foreign, couples and families, single travelers, foreigners in love with Venice who stay for several days, ancient and contemporary art enthusiasts who come to see Art exhibitions like Biennale Arte, Biennale Architettura, Biennale Musica, the Venice Film Festival or to enjoy the Venice Carnival.
Locanda Silva was established in 1956 by Mr. Ettore Perut who run it with the help of his family until 2007. His daughter Sandra has now taken over maintaining the original family-business approach with the help of trustworthy Caterina and valued staff.
The hotel has 23 rooms all with telephone and air conditioning.
All rooms with private bathroom (except a few doubles and some singles with shared bathroom, a few steps away from the room). Some rooms enjoy a view on the small typical nearby canals.
The rooms are on three floors. On the upper floor two terraces are the ideal place where to relax and admire the roofs of Venice or to smoke a cigarette (smoking is not permitted in the rooms). An Internet point is also openbe2able free for our guests.
Locanda Silva is easy to reach using public transportation both from the railway station and the road terminus of Piazzale Roma.
Breakfast room
Pretty and charming room with a view on the nearby canal. Breakfast is partly served at the table and partly on a buffet self-service basis. The breakfast room is decorated with contemporary art works.
Maid service
All our rooms are tidied up daily. On request, it is also possible to have a daily change of bedlinen.
Luggage room
Free of charge luggage room openbe2able both before check-in and after check out (11 a.m.) to make the most of your stay in Venice up to the very last moment.

Absolutely amazing Hotel!
The property was next to the canal and definitely value for money.The rooms were neat and comfortable. The reception and cleaning staff were very helpful and assisted us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking to spend a wonderful time in Venice.

Great Little Locanda
Really great location. A ten minute walk from Zaccharia boat stop route B which you can get from the airport. Good breakfast in airy natural light dining room. Spacious rooms and a petite but refreshing roof terrace. Staff lovely. Quite nights sleep.
